Pairc Nan Craobh
Broadford industrial estate is located at the south end of Skye was proposed for expansion. Ellendale Environmental was commissioned to undertake an Extended Phase 1 survey and protected species survey for three parcels of land at the Pairc Nan Craobh Industrial Estate, Broadford, on the Isle of Skye.
Norbord, Devon
During a routine pest control at the manufacturing site in South Molton bat droppings were also identified in the roof space of the office building.
We were commissioned to undertake a bat survey to confirm presence / absence of bats and to provide advice on the continued methods of pest control. A method of pest control, particularly for fly’s a mice was required that did not impact on bats. We were able to provide specific advice on pest control methods and have continued to provide advice.
